It's important to keep your email address for your Distrobird account up-to-date because we send information about your account to this address.
If you ever need to change or update your account email address, follow the steps below:

Click on your initial (avatar) at the bottom left corner of the sidebar and select Your profile. This will take you to your Profile Settings page with Messaging Channels, Call Settings, Office hours, Phone numbers and Your information tabs.
- Select the Your information tab.
- In the email address field, enter your new email address.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save changes.

Next, we’ll send you an email to confirm your new email address. To confirm your new address, open the email and follow the instructions in the message. If you don't receive a confirmation email, click Resend email.
Note: Your account email address must be a work mail.
