Forgot your password? Not a problem at all. Follow the steps below to reset your password:

On the sign-in page, click Forgot password
- Enter the email address you used to sign up for Distrobird
- Next, check your email inbox, Distrobird will send you an email with a link to change your password.

Click on the Change my password link
- You will then be prompted to enter a new password; once you have done so, click Save New Password.
- You’ll be redirected to the sign-in page, where you can now log in with your new password.
If you are currently logged into your Distrobird dashboard and want to change your password, follow these steps:

Click on your initial (avatar) at the bottom left corner of the sidebar and select Your profile. This will take you to your Profile Settings page with Messaging Channels, Call Settings, Office hours, Phone numbers and Your information tabs.

Select the Your information tab and scroll to the bottom of the page and click Update Password.

Type in your new password and click Save Changes.
