You can customize how you want users and contacts in your workspace to be represented after they’ve been added to your oragnization. Here's how:

- Select the Account vocabulary tab.
- To change how team members or contacts are represented, click on the relevant dropdown and select your preferred lexis from the options available.

- The options available for team members are: Reps, Agents, Team Members, Volunteers and Custom
- The options available for contacts are: People, Contacts, Customer and Custom

- To enter a custom vocabulary, select Custom from the drop down.
- In the Custom name for team members or contacts field, enter preferred custom name.
- Click Save changes.
