Using office hours, you can schedule availability/work hours for your staff or team members. The default office hours for a team/team member are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. This, however, can be changed to accommodate the work hours of your team or team members.
Users require the appropriate office hours permissions to be able to edit office hours for themselves or a team they belong to. If you do not have the necessary office hours permissions you can reach out to your admin.
To set your team's office hours, follow the steps below:
- Select the Office hours tab.
- Select a day of the week you want to schedule work hours for and click + Add new time block.
- Next, use time blocks to schedule your work hours for the day. Start by indicating in the From and To fields what time you want the work hours to start and end, respectively.
- Once you're done click Save Changes.
