Statuses allow you to know exactly what your team members are up to, whether they're at a meeting or just out for lunch. Admins in Distrobird can create custom status options that members can choose from when setting their availability.
In this article, we'll go over how to create and delete custom statuses.
To create a custom status, follow these steps:
- On your Offline statuses page, click Add Status to enter a custom status and then press the enter key on your keyboard.
To delete a custom status:
- On your Offline statuses page, hover over the status you want to delete and click X to delete the status.
- Click Yes to confirm you want the status removed.
Note: Only custom statuses can be deleted.
